A Sushi Puzzle

George came over to give the family a sushi tutorial. We did quite well for a first try and ended up with enough sushi for ten people! Was great fun and tasted great. G made her own (with a bit of assistance when it came to the rolling) and she was in her own little world, she loved it, followed the instructions, concentrated like crazy, got creative and really took her time and meticulously arranged the ingredients on the roll. Afterwards she said: "It's just like building a puzzle".
